Villa Northwest Point perches on the limestone cliffs at Providenciales' northwestern tip, overlooking the Northwest Point Marine National Park where the shallow Caicos Bank drops into deep Atlantic water and some of the Caribbean's finest diving begins. The four-bedroom eco-villa was built using passive cooling principles, rainwater harvesting, solar power, and locally sourced materials - without compromising on comfort. The architecture follows the cliff edge, with each room stepping down the limestone shelf to maximise views of the marine park. The living pavilion at the top holds an open kitchen and living area that opens on three sides to catch the prevailing winds. A covered terrace serves as the primary dining area, positioned to watch the sun set directly into the sea. Below, the pool is cut into the cliff rock and lined with the same limestone that forms the natural shoreline. It feels less like a swimming pool and more like a natural rock pool that happens to have filtered water and underwater lighting. A path from the pool leads down through the bush to a rocky cove where you can snorkel directly onto the reef. Four bedrooms are stacked down the cliff face, each set back from the one above for privacy. The primary suite at the middle level has the best combination of view and shelter. All bedrooms have outdoor showers alongside conventional bathrooms - a feature that makes sense when you are surrounded by nature and completely private. Northwest Point is the least developed part of Providenciales, twenty minutes from Grace Bay. The drive passes through scrubland inhabited by rock iguanas. There are no restaurants or shops nearby - this is a villa for people who want genuine seclusion and direct nature access. Staff include a chef who specialises in sustainable seafood and a housekeeper. The villa provides snorkelling gear, kayaks, and a field guide to local marine species. Diving trips to the wall can be arranged with a guide who knows every entry point on the north shore.
