Grace Bay has been voted the world's best beach so many times the accolade has become background noise. Villa Grace Bay occupies 150 feet of this sand, set back behind a coconut palm garden that provides privacy from the beach without obstructing the view. The compound includes a main house and two guest cottages, a 50-foot pool, and a dock with a Boston Whaler for trips to the reef. A staff of six, including a chef and a captain, operates the property year-round. Grace Bay earned its reputation for good reason. The sand is fine, white, and stretches for 12 uninterrupted miles along Providenciales' north shore. The water transitions from ankle-deep turquoise to deep azure over a gentle gradient, with the barrier reef visible as a dark line approximately 1.5 kilometres offshore. Villa Grace Bay occupies one of the quieter sections of this beach, away from the resort-heavy central stretch but within easy reach of the restaurants and shops along the Grace Bay Road. The coconut palm garden between the villa and the beach is a carefully designed privacy screen. The palms are mature - 30 to 40 years old - and their canopies filter the view from the beach while preserving the villa's sightline to the water. A sandy path winds through the garden to a private beach gate. The property keeps beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, and snorkelling equipment at the sand line, refreshed daily by the staff. The compound layout separates the main house from the two guest cottages, providing flexibility for groups who want togetherness at meals but privacy otherwise. The main house holds five bedrooms, a large open-plan living and dining area, and a professional kitchen. The two cottages, set 30 metres from the main house among the garden palms, each hold one bedroom suite with a sitting area and kitchenette. All buildings are connected by sandy pathways and share the central pool and beach access. The 50-foot pool is the compound's centrepiece. Finished in dark Caribbean blue tile, it sits between the main house and the beach, surrounded by a coral stone deck with teak loungers. A shallow wading section at one end provides a safe space for young children. The pool is not heated - the climate rarely requires it - and the water temperature typically hovers around 27 degrees year-round. The Boston Whaler with captain operates daily for reef trips, snorkelling excursions, and island-hopping. The barrier reef off Grace Bay harbours an extraordinary diversity of marine life: reef sharks, eagle rays, sea turtles, and hundreds of tropical fish species. Half-day trips to the uninhabited island of Fort George Cay and the iguana sanctuary on Little Water Cay are popular. The chef prepares three meals daily, with menus that lean toward fresh seafood: conch salad, grilled wahoo, and lobster in season (August to March).
