Villa Andratx sits on the hillside above Port d'Andratx, the harbour town on Mallorca's southwestern tip that has quietly become the island's most exclusive residential address. The house was designed by a Madrid architect in 2021 as a series of stacked concrete volumes, each rotated slightly from the one below to maximise views and create sheltered outdoor spaces at every level. The result is a building that looks different from every angle and generates a constant interplay of light, shadow, and framed views of the harbour, the open sea, and the silhouette of Sa Dragonera island. The rooftop infinity pool is the signature feature: a glass-walled basin that appears to float above the harbour, heated year-round, with an integrated spa and a bar counter where guests can sit in the water while watching the sunset over Sa Dragonera. A retractable canopy provides shade during the afternoon without blocking the view. Six bedrooms are distributed across three floors. The top-floor master suite has direct access to the rooftop pool via a private staircase. Two bedrooms on the middle floor share a terrace with a plunge pool. Three bedrooms on the lower floor open onto the garden, where a second swimming pool is set among Mediterranean plantings. The interiors are furnished with a collection assembled by a Barcelona-based art consultant, featuring works by contemporary Spanish and Latin American artists. The kitchen is a Bulthaup installation in brushed stainless steel, though most guests rely on the resident chef, who previously cooked at a two-Michelin-star restaurant in Madrid and brings a modern Spanish approach to the daily menus. Port d'Andratx is a 5-minute walk downhill, with a selection of harbourside restaurants, galleries, and the CCA Andratx contemporary art centre. The nearest beach, Cala Llamp, is a 3-minute drive. Palma is 30 minutes by the motorway.
